1. take the plunge ~을 단행하기로 하다; to make a decision to do something, especially

   something risky.

   I think I'll take the plunge and order something.

 

2. It's on the tip of my tongue. 기억이 날듯 말 듯 하다; on the verge of being uttered,

   unable to be recalled; barely escaping one's memory.

   It's on the tip of my tongue. I just can't seem to remember.

 

3. It's better than nothing. 없는 것보다 낫다; used for saying that something is not exactly

   what you wanted or need but is more useful than having nothing at all.

   He said he'd only give me a dollar more. I guess it's better than nothing.

 

4. It's up to you. 너의 결정에 달려있다; If you say it is up to someone to do something it

   means that person is the one who has to make a decision.

   Would you like to go out to dinner or to movie?

   Either one, it's up to you.

 

5. a good cause 좋은 일. 좋은 뜻; something that is worth doing or contributing to because

   it will help other people.

   How much money did you raise for the charity? 자선기금 얼마나 모았어?

   Almost $42,550. I'm just glad to be able to contribute to a good cause.
